Group Blog

    Hey there again, I am back and with a new project too. In this project, I will be creating a movie and just saying that I know it will be so much fun to make. I had the choice of doing this new project alone or with a group of people. At first, I wanted to do the project alone but then I kept thinking that it would be better to do it in a group because I wouldn't have to do the whole project alone and then start to stress. On the other hand, doing the project with a group would benefit me, and the other teammates because the work would be divided equally among the participants, this would relieve the group from so much pressure to do a lot of work, with more than one person ideas can be shared about the project, if one of the teammates is stuck on writing the script or how the storyline should go, there is another person to give their input and help the original teammate. In general working with a group would make the project go by faster and won't make it feel like a hassle because I am working with people I like and enjoy being around with, the project will be fun rather than boring. Now saying that I want to talk about the people I chose to be in a group with, at first many people had their groups chosen and my old partner from my old project decided to join another group so for a short while I was left with no one to work with. That is why at first I was just going to end up doing the whole project alone because my ex-partner was already taken and their group was full. That was until my friend Karina asked me if I wanted to join her group, and that is when I finally had a group to join, I could not have been more relieved when she asked me to be part of her group, and I got very lucky. The participants in the group are Karina, Maddie, and myself, the team also asked another friend Makenna who wasn't in the class but decided to help us with the project if there was a need for extra help, which the group probably would need when the team starts filming the actual video. I am glad I was able to find a group to join, especially with a group of friends to work with, I can not wait to start filming, this project will be so much fun, I just know it, being able to work with friends in a very interesting project is exciting.
