Filming Blog: Filming time!

Hello there again! It is me! I am so happy I can finally talk about my filming process with everyone, it really has been an awesome journey. This final task has been so much fun to do and I enjoyed it so much, in my opinion, I really liked the filming process of this task. I might be a bit biased since I did most of the filming but it is my journey. So in this blog, I will talk about some things I really liked doing as the designated camera person. When my group started to pick out who was going to do what such as who was going to edit, film, and act, I volunteered to film and I am very happy that I was able to film. I will say that I was not the best filmer in the world but I think all of the shots came out pretty well at the end. I had the choice to use a camera that was provided by the school, my own phone, or one of my teammate's phones to film, although I thought filming with the camera just because it would seem very cool I thought that if I filmed with my own phone it would be easier because then I would have all the clips and it would be easier to edit but then I thought about how my XR iPhone camera quality does not compare to the iPhone 15 camera quality. So inputted that I would still film everything with my teammate's iPhone and then send them in a group chat so then everyone would have the clips and everyone could split the editing work evenly. Solving the issue of what was I going to use in the film the movie I want to talk about how my experience during the filming and what I liked about it because, in the next blog, I want to talk about my dislikes during the filming process. I really enjoyed how after checking off all the angles needed for the movie itself I was able to use my own free creativity to use any other types of angles to make the movie look better in the end, I actually felt like a cameraman and really enjoyed it. I also really liked how easy it was to film, although my teammates messed up at times I could always retake the shot without any problems and look back at what I filmed, something that would be tricky to do in an actual camera I don't really have experience with like I would with a phone. One last thing I do want to mention is that the spot the team decided to pick to fill is very wide and colorful since it was the South Florida Fair, so in the clips, the background is very colorful and the quality makes it look way better. Overall I enjoyed my time being able to film and having the experience to film, well this is it for today's blog, goodbye for now!
